Jess is well-liked, always patient and striving to do her best for everyone.
She's a hard-working teacher, spending most her time at work or coming up with new and fun ways to teach. She's very upbeat, always speaking very excitedly and quite animated, but maybe thats a side effect of working with kids all day. She's endlessly optimistic.
Her and Henry are infatuated with eachother, the perfect couple if you will. She was his rock after his second restaurant shut down and encouraged him to keep going even if it was hard. She gets along with William quite well, she's one of the only people besides Henry who can manage to sit through his frantic ramblings, though she has practice with Henry who can be just as bad.
She adores her kids, always going off about their achievements. It does come across as bragging sometimes but she's honestly just so proud. The Afton kids also hold a special place in her heart. While she's only just met Michael, she treats him just the same as CC and Lizzie.

She doesn't visit the restaurant very often since she's so busy with work but she may occasionally pop in at the weekends with Charlie and Sam. She's fond of the restaurant and is always complimenting the quality of the animatronics, even if they aren't the best they could be.
She is obsessed with bright patterned shirts, even too the point of being a strain on the eyes. You'll find her wearing alot of yellow and blue. While she has to dress formally for work, she will try and stay in pretty comfortable clothes since she is on her feet alot.
