Fritz had took the job as a security guard for Freddy Fazbear's Pizza after fighting with his old boss and promptly being fired. He supposed it wasn't too bad since he got to sit around and chill for most the night, even with the horrible hours. He was initially offered the day shift but swapped to the night shift after learning he would have to wear a tacky uniform otherwise. It just wasn't his vibe.
He got on really well with Henry, even being given a watch as a present since his was always 'broken' and making him late but he managed to 'misplace' that one too...
He had been in a really rocky relationship while working there, his girlfriend often accusing him of cheating and demanding quite alot from him. He would show up to work more drained each day and eventually Henry noticed. After bribing him with a coffee machine for the staff room, Fritz opened up and while Henry couldn't do much, he had offered an ear for whenever he needed to talk which Fritz had really appreciated.
fun fact: He's inspired by alot of the security guard character's I loved as a kid. He's my lil homage to that era of my fnaf phase.
Fritz has a "I'd rather be anywhere else than here" attitude, mostly complaining to himself whenever something inconveniences him, which happens alot. Besides the grouchy attitude, he's a pretty laid back guy. He has a laugh and a joke with his coworkers and got on fairly well with Jeremy. He likes to get away with what little he can. He would often turn up a few minutes late or leave his shift half an hour early if he thought he could get away with it and he'd encourage others to do it aswell.
His clothing is always atleast somewhat dishevelled, no matter what he's wearing or how much he tries. He never took the name badge off after he tacked it on crooked so its forever lopsided. Dude forever refuses to wear anything with colour cus he's laaaaaaame.
